I call it the Quick and Slick, Q&S v1,
I think we could say we have "Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD)"
shown in one plot. A picture of price plotted on a MACD indicator.
What say you?

I like what you are doing, but as a swing trader that is a lot of buy and sell signals even for me lol.

Back test using TQQQ as a proxy for QQQ (3x)...
: Long only
: Once an entry is triggered, no other entry signals are acted upon before an exit is triggered
: Buy and sell on close the day a buy or sell is triggered
: 100% all in with trades compounding
: 34 trades in 2023
: Highest trade profit 18%
: Worst trade loss -8%
: Total return 35.3%, but average trade return only 1.1%...slippage and commission shouldn't be a material factor
: To use a baseball analogy, you had to play every game and be content with a whole bunch of base hits...not sure real trades would work out that way
: Didn't do a check on any other symbols posted, but I trade SPXL (SPY 3x) and TQQQ consistently and from my trades QQQ outperformed SPY by a fair bit in 2023
