Hello, I'm a chartpattern trader and I'm looking for certain kinds of patterns.
I'm looking for very low bases that are long and flat, having a distinct top, and a reletively distinct bottom. Preferably with a gap at the start of the move. Could also be looking for a continuation of that move as well.
For Example: a stock is trading between 28 and 32 for over 30 days, then moves above 32 on heavy volume.
Also for high tight flags
A stock moves up over 5% in one day on high volume then consolidates in a very right range for a short period of time.
Also volume accumulation such as a chart where the volume moves higher to the right or suddenly more volume comes into a stock shown by a large spike then every average starting with that day has higher volume then before that day.
Im not a programmer does anyone have any similar programs or can give me any insight in how to look for these signals/patterns??
