I want stocks with capitalizations between $4milliom and $llmillion. Optionable, lattest quarter eps between 100% and 2000%. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Here is a start --- by adding optionable took out 90% of the stocks.
market capitalization > 4 and market capitalization < 11 and add column market capitalization and optionable
