Closed on a rental contract for $3100 a month. Not bad. Almost 2 dozen units occupied and tenants all paying on time except for one guy Pedro who’s 3 weeks late but always makes it up. Can’t ask for more as far as profits and satisfaction.
God, please take me away from all the slaves that believe all this is real. Usually the very old or very young indoctrinated ones. I walk around without a mask everyday, even was yelled at by some tall 20 something geek for not wearing one at Sprouts, I told him to stop being a slave and was stopped from punching him by my wife. To all the dumb asses that believe the media that created the riots then make billions when you sit down to watch the news. They own it. No protests for cutting off 40% of your air supply. Get ready to turn in the last few dollars you have left after gambling it away on stocks into a state run digital currency.

The FED is buying EVERYTHING.
Just trying to predict daily moves based on the futures, I’ve been guessing most moves right. I have to trade swings for the hedge funds I run to try to keep drawdowns small. I can’t buy and hold.
If this continues to run for another 4-6 years then the implosion will take everything down in the end.
